THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING STOCK ITEMS FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS IS DECEMBER 18. Orders placed after Dec 18 will be delivered as soon as possible after Christmas.

Prices and sales
All prices in the webshop can be displayed in local currencies. All transactions are in DKK at the current exchange rate. All prices are incl. 25% VAT / Non EU countries can trade VAT-free. For sales to countries outside the EU, VAT and customs duties may be imposed in accordance with applicable legislation.
We do not participate in January sales, Black Weeks, Black Friday or other types of sales.
Our prices in the webshop are the same year-round.
You can get a 15% discount all year round if you buy more than 3 wooden products and a 10% discount when buying more than 3 tea towels.
We usually also have good deals in the Outlet on discontinued items, prototypes or leftovers.
In the monthly newsletter you will receive the latest news and great offers, which only apply to our subscribers.
Customs and Taxes
Rune-Jakobsen Design is a Danish company that ships all products from Denmark (EU).
We charge VAT according to the applicable VAT rates in each EU country for all orders within the EU. Therefore, if you are shopping from an EU country, you will not be charged any additional costs.
It should be noted that if you purchase products from us and are resident in a country outside the EU , additional duties and taxes may be imposed.
These fees are determined by the local laws and customs authorities of the customer's country of residence and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your country's customs office for information on applicable duties and taxes before placing your order. By continuing with your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this potential additional cost.

Shipping costs may differ for shipping of furniture and orders exceeding 10 kg to EU / Non EU countries. Therefore, please contact us before ordering to get specific shipping costs on bathtubs, showcases, heavy chopping boards etc. Send inquiry about shipping costs on specific products on mail info@rune-jakobsen.dk
Payment
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent in encrypted form (SSL) that only you and the redeemer can read. This means that no one else sees or stores your information. For in-stock items, payment is reserved on your account immediately after the order is placed and the purchase amount is withdrawn when we ship your order.
ATTENTION !
All products from Rune-Jakobsen Woodworks (wood products) are specially produced to order.
Therefore, the purchase amount is considered a prepayment/deposit and will be reserved and deducted from your account when your order is approved.
This means that the purchase amount is deducted while the order is still in process and not only when it is shipped.
If you regret your purchase, we will of course refund the full purchase amount.
We also accept payment with Anyday.
With Anyday you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is ordered, and the remaining amount is paid off over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. Complaint
According to the Danish Sales Act, Rune-Jakobsen Design provides a 2-year warranty from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects (defects). The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, incorrect maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.
Any complaints about defects in delivered products must be made to Rune-Jakobsen Design within 14 days after the buyer has - or should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the buyer loses his right to claim the defect.
Right of withdrawal
If you regret your purchase, we will refund the full purchase amount when the item is returned to our shop.
You (or the recipient of the product) have 14 days after receipt to notify us that you regret the purchase, and then you have another 14 days to send it back.
You can use a shipping company of your choice and bear the costs associated with the return yourself.
