The cuts interlock all the way round, so the light is caught and thrown back however you hold the glass.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Shippo pattern is considered one of the most auspicious in Japanese tradition: the circles spread in every direction and connect without end – an image of harmony, good relationships and luck that never stops.
