THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING STOCK ITEMS FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS IS DECEMBER 18. Orders placed after Dec 18 will be delivered as soon as possible after Christmas.

🚚 Shipping

We offer delivery to a private address or drop-off point with GLS, DHL or UPS. The options depend on your location. The prices for delivery depend on the weight of the shipment.

🛃 VAT, Customs and Excise

Rune-Jakobsen Design is a Danish company that ships all products from Denmark (EU).

We charge VAT in accordance with the applicable VAT rates in each EU country for orders within the EU + Norway.

If you shop with us from an EU country, you will therefore not be charged additional costs.

Terms for countries outside the EU:

Rune-Jakobsen Design ships 'Delivered at place' (DAP), also called 'Delivered duty unpaid' (DDU)

This means that we (Rune-Jakobsen Design) are only responsible for shipping the product and that you (the customer) are responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping company, such as customs duties, import duties or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery.

So if you are resident in a country outside the EU, in some cases customs duties and taxes may be imposed. This depends on both the purchase amount and the product category.

The fees are determined by the local laws and customs authorities in your country of residence.
