When you order products from Rune-Jakobsen.dk, you must provide at least:

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Telephone/mobile number

The above data will be stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Accounting Act, after which the information will be deleted.

Information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties unless this occurs in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time.

As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the regulations in the Danish Personal Data Processing Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to torben@rune-jakobsen.dk
