Læsø Plaid® Is produced in the best wool quality by Læsø Garnspinderi.
The raw wool is sorted in a number of natural colors, which is spinned and used in different weaving to create a beautiful selection of blankets.
Environmentally sound production is highlighted. For example, the spinning oils used in the production of the nets are all biodegradable. These production criteria mean: the grey and white products are all uncoloured and unbleached and therefore free of chemical additives.
Læsø Plaid®Have preserved the softness of natural wool and therefore appear very skin-friendly. These quality products will give you daily pleasure for a long time to come!
The plates are woven in 10% oversize after which the fringes are made. They are then washed in hot soap, dried and brushed, so that the surface of the finished plaid becomes soft and nice. The blankets measure 51" x 79" or 51" x 79" cm incl. Fringes and weighs 1 - 1.2 kg.
