SPLIT is divided by a brass or aluminum detail that contributes to an exclusive and sharp expression.
Well, doesn't the metal scratch the knives?? No, the aluminum and brass used are much softer than the steel of your knife blades, and the metal is also ground 100% flat with the wood.
The split is 45, 65 or 85 mm wide and 25 mm thick. The magnets are invisibly encapsulated in the wood and distributed in several rows so that you achieve optimal adhesion with multiple contact points on the knife blade. This prevents your knives from "spinning" around on the rail and being attracted to each other.

Split comes with hidden suspension and the necessary brackets, screws and raw plugs are of course included.
If you order a Split, it will be delivered with brass as standard. If you want aluminum instead, simply write a note in the shopping cart when ordering.

We only use carefully curated FSC certified furniture wood. The primary woods are oak, smoked oak and walnut. In addition, we offer a number of special types of wood that are sold in conjunction with special orders, e.g. Teak, ash, chestnut, golden rain, cherry, wengé, zebrano, beech, etc.
We finish all products with a high-quality wood oil, but if you would prefer e.g. an oil with a white pigment, we can of course do that too - the desired final treatment can be mentioned under the remarks of the ordering.

In our knife rails, there are several continuous rows of powerful N52 Neodyminum magnets along the entire length of the rail, so your knives are guaranteed to hang regardless of size and weight.

The knife magnets in the webshop are standard designs and formats - but you can easily have a product made according to your wishes. Just contact us - and we will create a tailor-made product for you.
Of course, we make small changes compared to the standard measurements without charge.

Suspension:
All our knife rails come as standard with different types of hidden brackets for screw mounting on the back (screws and rawlplugs included)
- but do you have e.g. a tiled wall that you don't want to screw into, most knife rails can also be produced without suspension so that they can be stuck up with e.g. "No more nails" from Pattex or a similar assembly glue. Special requests for suspension are stated in the comments when ordering.
Right of return
When you order a unique knife rail or knife block in the webshop without having "seen it in real life", there will always be a built-in uncertainty as two products are never the same or have the same visual expression - so perhaps the result was not quite as you had imagined you or expected.
That is why there is a full right of return on all knife holders - even if they are custom-made.
You can now get all RJ Woodworks products with copper details as an alternative to brass or aluminium for an additional charge depending on size and design.
