Declaration of conformity.
We hereby confirm that all Rune-Jakobsen Design wooden products comply with EU Framework Regulation No. 1935/2004 and Regulation (EC) 2023/2006 regarding products that come into contact with food.
The following products are applicable:
- Cutting and serving boards in oak and walnut from Rune-Jakobsen Design
It is also confirmed that Rune-Jakobsen Design is registered and under the control of the Danish Food Authority. We refer to the control report on our website.
Traceability procedure for recall: Each product has a production/delivery date from which a recall can occur.
Usage restrictions.
- Do not put in dishwasher
- Do not use for long-term storage of food.
- Do not use for purposes other than cooking/preparing for cooking.
- May only be maintained with food-grade cooking oil
