All designs are handmade in Dorte Visby's wonderful workshop gallery in Lønstrup, North Jutland.

Dorte Visby was born in 1968, trained as a potter in 1993 and since 1998 has had a workshop gallery in Lønstrup, North Jutland.

She exhibits both in Denmark and abroad, and in recent years has, among other things, exhibited at SOFA in Chicago and New York, Collect in London and most recently at Superbien in Berlin.

Dorte is also a permanent exhibitor at the ceramics museum 'CLAY' in Middelfart

NOTE that Dorte always tries to create unique products with an exciting visual expression and play of colors. You must therefore take our product photos as a guide and not as an expression of how a standard product looks.

All Dorte's ceramic products are made to order - so when you buy a product in the webshop, we do not pick it from a stock shelf, but make it especially for you. Delivery time is 12-14 working days.

PAYMENT 

The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and the purchaser can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you.

Regarding stock items, the payment is reserved on your account immediately after the order is placed and the purchase amount is withdrawn when we ship your order.

With regard to products from Dorte Visby, we are talking about the production of individual orders to order , and therefore the purchase amount is regarded as a prepayment/deposit and will be withdrawn before dispatch.

Right of withdrawal and return
If you regret your purchase, we will of course refund the entire purchase amount including shipping costs etc

You (or recipient of the product) have 30 days after receipt to notify us that you regret the purchase, and then you also have 30 days to send it back. In the case of gifts, 30 days count from when the recipient receives the gift. Order returns here:

Complaint
Rune-Jakobsen.dk provides, according to the Sales Act, a 2-year right of complaint from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects (missing). The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, incorrect maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.

The invoice must be presented to Rune-Jakobsen.dk in connection with the application of the complaint.

Any complaints about defects in delivered products must be made to Rune-Jakobsen Design within a reasonable period of time after the Buyer has or should have discovered the defect. Otherwise, the Buyer loses his right to claim the defect.
