Items in stock are usually shipped after 1-2 business days.

We offer flexible delivery options with GLS, DHL or UPS. The exact options and shipping providers depend on your location and will be displayed during the ordering process.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the shipment. Here you will find an overview of our starting prices. The final price is always calculated in the shopping cart.

Denmark: DKK 49 for parcel shops / DKK 69 for private addresses. Free shipping on orders over DKK 2,500.
Sweden: From 135 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 2,500 SEK.
EU countries: From 9 EUR.
Norway: DDP from 159 NOK. Free shipping on orders over 4,000 NOK.
United Kingdom (UK): DDP from 12 GBP.
Switzerland / Liechtenstein: DDP from 19 CHF.
USA: DDP from 35 USD.
Canada: DDP from 49 CAD.
Australia: DDP from 85 AUD.
New Zealand: From 89 NZD.
Rest of the world: From 35 dollars.

🛃 CUSTOMS, VAT AND TAXES

We ship all items in our webshop from Denmark. Below you can find out what this means for you.

🇪🇺 CUSTOMERS FROM EU COUNTRIES

For orders from an EU country, VAT is automatically adjusted to your local rate – you pay exactly the amount shown. No hidden costs at checkout and no extra delivery costs.

🇳🇴 CUSTOMERS FROM NORWAY

We are VAT registered in Norway (VOEC 2060051) and charge Norwegian VAT and any applicable customs duties directly in the webshop.

• Products with a value of less than 3,000 NOK are not subject to customs duties.
• Products with a value exceeding 3,000 NOK may be subject to customs duties, depending on the product type.

We ship orders delivered duty paid (DDP). This means that all import duties and customs fees are paid in advance in the webshop, so there are no unexpected fees or delays at customs - just a hassle-free delivery straight to your home.

🇨🇭CUSTOMER FROM SWITZERLAND

We ship to Switzerland via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs and Swiss VAT (8.1%) are calculated and paid directly at checkout - the total price shown is the final price. No additional fees are charged upon delivery.

🇬🇧 CUSTOMERS FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM

VAT and any applicable customs duties are calculated and paid directly during the payment process in the webshop - so you know the total price in advance.

🇺🇸 CUSTOMERS FROM THE USA

When you shop with us, we ship your order DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that customs and import duties are calculated and paid directly in the shopping cart in our webshop – so you know the total price in advance.

🇦🇺 CUSTOMERS FROM AUSTRALIA

When you shop with us, we ship DAP (Delivered At Place) to Australia. Thanks to Australia's generous duty-free threshold, orders under AUD 1,000 are not subject to import duties or customs fees upon arrival.

For orders exceeding AUD 1,000, standard Australian import duties and GST (10%) may apply and will be collected by Australian customs upon delivery.

🌎 CUSTOMERS FROM 🇨🇦 CANADA AND OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

For countries outside the EU, orders are shipped as "Delivered At Place" (DAP).

This means for you as a customer:

You are responsible for paying any import duties that the shipping company may charge from the country where the goods arrive. These may include customs duties, import VAT and handling fees.
These fees are set by the local authorities in your country and are beyond our control.

Good to know: Many countries have a threshold value above which orders are exempt from duty. If in doubt, recommendWe recommend that you check the applicable regulations for your country with the relevant customs authorities.
