The bestseller ' Knifeboard Standard' is for those of you who would like to have your knives hanging freely on a high-quality, classic hand-made magnetic knife rail.
In our knife rails, there are several rows of strong, coherent N52 Neodyminum magnets along the entire length of the rail, so that it can be fully utilized.
You can therefore easily have 6-8 knives hanging on a 40 cm rail.

We manufacture 'Knifeboard Std.' in lengths between 20 and 120 cm. Choose between a width of 4.5 cm, 6.5 cm or 8.5 cm. The thickness is approx. 2.5 cm.

If you want a knife rail in a special size, you are welcome to contact me at torben@rune-jakobsen.dk - We will of course make small changes to the standard size without charge.
All Knifeboards come with hidden suspension, and the necessary brackets, screws and rawplugs are naturally included.
* Please note that certain types of knives require particularly powerful magnets. Should it turn out that you have chosen a product that is not suitable for exactly your knives, we will exchange it for another model with a smile - If you are in doubt, you are welcome to contact us before ordering.
We only use carefully curated FSC certified furniture wood. The primary woods are oak, smoked oak and walnut. In addition, we offer a number of special types of wood that are sold in conjunction with special orders, e.g. Teak, ash, chestnut, golden rain, cherry, wengé, zebrano, beech, etc.
We finish all products with a high-quality wood oil, but if you would prefer e.g. an oil with a white pigment, we can of course do that too - the desired final treatment can be mentioned under the remarks of the ordering.

Suspension:
All our knife rails come as standard with different types of hidden brackets for screw mounting on the back (screws and rawlplugs included)
- but do you have e.g. a tiled wall that you don't want to screw into, most knife rails can also be produced without suspension so that they can be stuck up with e.g. "No more nails" from Pattex or a similar assembly glue. Special requests for suspension are stated in the comments when ordering.
Right of return
When you order a unique knife rail or knife block in the webshop without having "seen it in real life", there will always be a built-in uncertainty as two products are never the same or have the same visual expression - so perhaps the result was not quite as you had imagined you or expected.
That is why there is a full right of return on all knife holders - even if they are custom-made.
