Creamy white berries with a aroma of hay, meadow and eucalyptus.

The pepper has a harmonious, fully mature flavor and an intense, pure spicy. This pepper is especially recommended for fish, poultry and light sauces and quiche and goat cheese.

The pepper is watered after harvest, causing the shell to fall off. Left are the pure peppers that dries intensively in the sun.

It is a "single-origin" pepper, which means black clean and hand-picked.

Muntok Blanc comes from the Indonesian island of Bangka, not far from Sumatra, and is named after its port of export. It contains only about 1% essential oils, has less aroma and a purer spice than black pepper.
