'Split' knife magnet
SPLIT is divided by a 3mm wide rail in brass or aluminium, which contributes to an exclusive and sharp look.
Well doesn't the metal scratch the knives?? No, both the aluminum and brass used are much softer than the steel of your knife blades, and the metal is ground 100% flush with the wood.
Split is 45mm wide and 25mm thick. The magnets are invisibly encased in the wood and distributed in several rows so that you achieve optimal adhesion with several contact points on each knife blade. This prevents your knives from "spinning" around on the rail and being attracted to each other.

Strong Neodymium magnets in high quality are expensive, so many manufacturers skimp on this material. We import our own magnets directly from a manufacturer we trust, and which delivers magnets in the quality and formats we want - you will find no weak, cheap hobby magnets in our designs.
We use only powerful, high-quality N50/N52 neodymium magnets in various sizes, carefully selected to play optimally with the design of the product.

Suspension:
All our knife rails come as standard with different types of hidden brackets for screw suspension on the back (screws and rawlplus) Included)
- but do you have e.g. A tile wall that you do not want to screw in, most knife rails can also be made without suspension so they can be glued up with eg. "No more nails" from Pattex or a similar assembly glue. Special requests for suspension are stated in the comments when ordering.
Return policy
When you order a unique product in the webshop without having "seen it in reality", there will always be some degree of uncertainty, since no two products will be the same or have the same visual expression - maybe the result wasn't quite as you imagined or expected.
Therefore, all knife holders are fully returnable - even if they are custom made.
Copper details?
You can now get all RJ Woodworks products with copper details as an alternative to brass or aluminium for an additional charge depending on size and design.

We only use carefully curated FSC certified furniture wood. The primary woods are oak, smoked oak and walnut. In addition, we offer a number of special types of wood that are sold in conjunction with special orders, e.g. Teak, ash, chestnut, golden rain, cherry, wengé, zebrano, beech, etc.
We finish all products with a high-quality wood oil, but if you would prefer e.g. an oil with a white pigment, we can of course do that too - the desired final treatment can be mentioned under the remarks of the ordering.
