Gourmet flake salt

The gourmet salt from Austrian BAD ISCHLER is produced in a completely traditional way

SALZZART flake salt is delicate handmade gourmet salt flakes that are perfect as a finishing salt for refining dishes such as steaks, carpaccio, vegetables and much more.

Ideal as finger salt in the kitchen and on the table.

Very beautiful in combination with our raku-fired salt cellar from Dorte Visby.
