The MAC Pro Honesuki is a specialized Japanese boning knife designed for precision work with poultry and smaller boning tasks.

The 165 mm long, stiff and pointed blade makes it easy to cut close to bones and joints. The knife is made of stainless molybdenum-vanadium steel with high hardness (approx. 60 HRC), which ensures long-lasting sharpness and strength. The ergonomic pakka wood handle provides a secure grip and good balance while working.
