Gourmet flake salt from the Austrian Alps, 55 g
Salzzart flakes from Bad Ischler in the Salzkammergut, traditionally produced and handmade. The flakes are delicate and thin and almost melt on the tongue rather than crunching like coarse salt.
A finishing salt, not a cooking salt
Flaked salt should be added to the dish at the end – on the fried meat, on the tomatoes, on the chocolate. If you use it in the cooking water, the whole point is lost, because it is the structure and the short, sharp salty tang that make the difference. A 55 gram jar lasts a long time, precisely because it is only used as a finishing touch.

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal on all products — including made-to-order Woodworks products. Notify us at info@rune-jakobsen.dk within 30 days of receipt; you then have 14 days to return the item unused and undamaged.
You pay the cost of the return shipment yourself, unless it is a complaint. Danish customers can order a return label via Shipmondo. Once we have received the item, we refund the full purchase price.
