Showcases and wooden bathtubs (hereafter 'the product') are handmade to order.
When ordering a product, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the purchase amount is charged.
The remaining amount is due for payment when the product is ready for dispatch.
If you regret your purchase during the manufacturing process or after receiving the product, we will refund the purchase amount minus the 30% deposit
You (or recipient of the product) have 14 days after receipt to notify us if you regret the purchase, and then you also have 14 days to send it back.
Returns are at the buyer's expense.
Purchase amount excl. the deposit is refunded when the product is returned and received in undamaged condition.
If there is transport damage during the return or damage caused by the buyer during handling of the product, the right to a refund expires.
Complaint
Rune-Jakobsen Design provides, according to the Sales Act, a 2-year right of complaint from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects (deficiencies).
The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation or use, incorrect maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
Any complaints about defects in delivered products must be made in writing to Rune-Jakobsen Design within 14 days of receipt, after which the right to appeal will lapse.
'Cupboard' is a cozy little wall cabinet for the kitchen, bathroom or anywhere you need a small cabinet to store cups, glasses, cosmetics, medicine etc.
With Cupboard, based on the design of our VITRINE , we have created a modern cabinet in a light and floating style that breaks the tradition of the classic wall cabinet as a "heavy" furniture with wide wooden profiles, thick shelves and solid back covering.
Our Cupboard is characterized by recessed doors with hidden hinges, narrow wooden profiles, floating shelves and it is produced by default without any back covering to emphasize the transparent expression.
The hidden hinge makes the front appear without disturbing elements, while the almost invisible shelf supports in brass or steel contribute to the clean look.

When you order a Cupboard from us, it is not picked from a warehouse shelf, but made especially for you. The cabinet is individually handcrafted by Mads Christensen in our cabinetry according to the highest quality standards and with the skilled cabinetmaker's uncompromising sense of detail and craftsmanship.
If you want a custom made Cupboard in special dimensions, there is of course also the option of having a cupboard custom made.
