'WatchBox' custom made watch case
WatchBox (hereafter 'the product') are handmade to order.
When ordering a product, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the purchase amount is charged.
The remaining amount is due for payment when the product is ready for dispatch.
If you regret your purchase during the manufacturing process or after receiving the product, we will refund the purchase amount minus the 30% deposit
You (or recipient of the product) have 14 days after receipt to notify us if you regret the purchase, and then you also have 14 days to send it back.
Returns are at the buyer's expense.
Purchase amount excl. the deposit is refunded when the product is returned and received in undamaged condition.
If there is transport damage during the return or damage caused by the buyer during handling of the product, the right to a refund expires.
Complaint
Rune-Jakobsen Design provides, according to the Sales Act, a 2-year right of complaint from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects (deficiencies).
The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation or use, incorrect maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
Any complaints about defects in delivered products must be made in writing to Rune-Jakobsen Design within 14 days of receipt, after which the right to appeal will expire.

WatchBox is handmade by master carpenter Mads Christensen, who is trained as a cabinetmaker with distinction.
He creates WatchBox in close dialogue with you according to the highest quality standards and with the skilled cabinetmaker's uncompromising sense of detail and craftsmanship, where every single detail is thought out and executed down to the smallest detail.
The standard WatchBox is made of Wengé and ash with brass details and a magnetic open/close mechanism. There is room for 12/24 watches as well as straps and tools
