MAC Kiritsuke 270 mm in Ginsan steel is an exclusive, multifunctional Japanese knife created for the professional chef or serious food enthusiast.

With its characteristic straight spine line and pointed shape, the Kiritsuke blade combines the features of a Yanagiba and an Usuba – making it ideal for both precise cuts and fine vegetable cutting.

Made from Ginsan (Silver #3) stainless steel, this knife offers a rare balance of high sharpness, excellent durability and easier maintenance than traditional carbon steel. The long blade length of 270 mm makes it particularly suitable for larger cuts of fish, meat and vegetables.

The traditional wa handle ensures a light, balanced feel and maximum control – perfect for precision work and elegant cuts.
