Declaration of Conformity.

We hereby confirm that all Rune-Jakobsen Design wood products comply with EU Framework Regulation no. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006 concerning: goods that come in connection with food.

The following products are applicable:

• Cutting and serving boards in oak and walnut from Rune-Jakobsen Design.

It is also confirmed that Rune-Jakobsen Design is registered and under the control of the Food Board. We refer to the inspection report on our website

Traceability procedure for recall: Each product has a production/delivery date from which a recall can take place.

Limitations of Use.

• Do not put in the dishwasher
• Do not use for long-term food storage
• May not be used for purposes other than cooking/preparation for cooking
• May only be maintained with food-approved cooking oil
