'Narito' is an incredibly beautiful and functional cheese knife.

Narito is designed by Osamu Saruyama as a sharp, slim stainless steel knife with a solid brass handle.

The blade is as sharp as a kitchen knife and cuts cheese, vegetables, fruit and cake precisely and cleanly. With use, the brass handle develops a natural patina that gives the knife more character over time.

Forged in Seki, Gifu Prefecture — Japan's premier knife center — the knife is designed for a long life. The blade can be sharpened to maintain its edge.

The handle is carefully crafted in solid brass and adds a touch of luxury with its clean lines and minimalist aesthetic.
As you use the brass handle, its color and texture will change, making it even more expressive.
A Japanese person will never polish their metal items, so just leave it alone and instead appreciate the natural patina that is achieved over time!
The total length of the 'Narito' knife is 17 cm. The blade is made of stainless steel and is 3 cm wide and 6 mm thick.
Maintenance:
