Pentole Agnelli was founded in Bergamo in 1907 and stems from a strong Italian tradition of metalworking.
The company's founder, Baldassare Agnelli, specialized in aluminum early on and began manufacturing cookware and utensils for the professional kitchen – a rapidly growing sector in Italy at the time.
From the very beginning, Pentole Agnelli distinguished itself by an uncompromising focus on the technical properties, functionality and craftsmanship of the materials.
Over generations, production has developed in close collaboration with the Italian restaurant industry and in response to professional chefs' increasing demands for reliable, precise and durable tools.
The company has remained family-owned through several generations, and the Agnelli family has consistently continued and refined their production philosophy. At the same time, significant investments have been made in materials research, technological development and quality control.
Today, Pentole Agnelli is an internationally recognized name in professional cookware and is used daily in restaurant kitchens, gastronomic laboratories and cooking schools worldwide.

The exclusive and aesthetic choice.
4-ply with copper exterior combines the best of all worlds: the exceptional heat conduction of copper combined with the stability of the multi-layer construction.
Copper conducts heat faster and more evenly than most metals, giving you superior temperature control from edge to center.
The inner layers (aluminum + stainless steel) ensure structural strength, easy cleaning and neutral food contact, while the copper layer on the outside both improves heat distribution and provides an elegant, professional look in the kitchen.
The result is a professional level in everyday cooking. In short: 4-PLY with copper exterior is for those who want fast, precise heat, stability and visual quality – perfect for the serious home kitchen or gourmand cooking.
Agnelli's 4-PLY copper cookware is made up of:
Layer 1 (Inside): 18/10 stainless steel for easy cleaning
Layer 2 (Middle layer): Aluminum alloy 1050 for perfect heat distribution
Layer 3 (Intermediate layer): High iron content steel
Layer 5 (Outer/Bottom): Copper
Thickness 2.5 mm
Benefits of 4-ply copper cookware
1. Extremely fast heat conduction

The professional choice.
5-PLY cookware is the obvious choice when you want maximum control, even heat distribution and uncompromising durability.
The five-layer metal construction ensures that heat is distributed evenly on both the bottom and sides, responds precisely to temperature changes and maintains its shape – even at high heat.
In short: 5-ply is for those who want the best.
Agnelli's 5-PLY cookware is made up of:
Layer 1 (Inside): 18/10 stainless steel for easy cleaning
Layer 2 (Middle Layer): Aluminum alloy 1050 for perfect heat distribution

The 5-PLY cookware from Agnelli has a thickness of 4 mm.
Benefits of 5-PLY cookware
1. Even and precise heat distribution
The five layers of metal conduct heat quickly and evenly – no hotspots, better control and more consistent results.
2. Quick response to temperature changes
The multi-layer construction responds quickly when you turn the knob up or down. Ideal for sauces, stir-fries and reductions where timing is crucial.
3. Stability and dimensional stability
5-PLY is significantly more torsionally stable than thinner constructions. Pans and pots keep their shape – even at high temperatures and frequent use.
4. Uniform heat on the sides
Agnelli's 5-PLY is of course a truly premium product where the entire pot or pan (bottom + sides – right up to the edge) has the same multi-layer construction so that the layers continue up the sides.
The result is a professional level in everyday cooking.
5. Suitable for all heat sources
Works optimally on induction, gas, electric, ceramic and in the oven.
6. Long life
Material quality and construction provide extreme durability. Agnelli's 5-ply cookware is an investment that will last for decades.

Why choose 3-PLY?
3-ply cookware gives you significantly better heat distribution and temperature control than single-ply stainless steel, without breaking the budget.
With a heat-conducting aluminum core between two layers of stainless steel, you get faster heating, fewer hotspots, and more consistent results—perfect for everyday cooking, sauces, stir-frying, and simmering dishes.
At the same time, it is robust, compatible with all heat sources and easy to maintain.
In short: 3-ply is the optimal compromise between performance, price and ease of use.
Agnelli 3-PLY cookware is made up of:
Layer 2 (Middle Layer): Aluminum alloy 1050 for perfect heat distribution
Layer 3 (Outer/Bottom): High iron stainless steel
What characterizes 3-ply cookware?
1. Better heat distribution than single layer
3-ply means three layers of metal (stainless steel – aluminum/alu core – stainless steel). This provides faster and more even heat distribution compared to thin stainless steel alone.
2. Improved temperature control
The inner heat-conducting aluminum core responds relatively quickly to changes in heat, giving you more precise control over your cooking.
3. Less heat hotspots
The aluminum core reduces the risk of uneven heating and helps prevent food from burning locally.
4. Excellent for everyday cooking
3-ply is a versatile and affordable solution for most things – sautéing, simmering, sauces, frying – without the big budget, but with a significant performance boost over single-ply.
5. Suitable for many heat sources
Agnelli's 3-PLY pots and pans work well on gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs and are also oven safe.
6. Good balance between price and value
3-ply provides much of the heat distribution and control benefit you seek without the price reaching the most expensive professional levels.
7. Durable without being oversized
Solid stainless steel construction on the outside and inside, easy to maintain and clean.

Stainless steel is a safe and timeless choice when you want durability, hygiene and full control at high heat.
Stainless steel withstands very high temperatures, is easy to clean and lasts year after year.
Without non-stick coatings that can wear off, stainless steel cookware gives you products that are designed for long life and intensive use.
In short: stainless steel is for those who prioritize robustness, purity and classic quality at a reasonable price in the kitchen.
Agnelli's stainless steel cookware is built from 1.5 mm thick 18/10 stainless steel sides combined with a 3-layer base consisting of a layer of 18/10 stainless steel, a layer of aluminum and a bottom of ferrous steel.
The use of thick aluminum in the base ensures faster and more even heat distribution. The aluminum absorbs and distributes heat from the ferritic steel disc in
bottom, which improves performance compared to stainless steel alone.
Advantages of stainless steel
1. Very robust and corrosion resistant
Stainless steel is chemically stable and resistant to stains, rust and acid from food. It lasts a long time without oxidizing or discoloring easily.
2. Easy to maintain
Smooth, non-porous metal makes stains and food residue easy to clean – it can often handle a trip in the dishwasher (depending on the model).
3. No chemical coatings
There are no non-stick coatings that can wear off over time – the entire pot/pan is metal, so you won't have any chipping or peeling.
4. Great temperature tolerance
Stainless steel can withstand high temperatures, which is good for browning meat, reducing sauces and oven baking, without the material properties changing.
5. Neutral taste and food contact
It does not impart any taste or odor to food and does not react with acidic or basic ingredients.
6. Stylish and timeless look
Stainless steel has a classic professional look – often preferred in open kitchens and for presentation.
7. Affordable
Without complex multi-layer materials, 100% stainless steel is the most budget-friendly solution for serious households.

Real products, honest pictures
With us, craftsmanship, materials and aesthetics are at the heart of everything we do. Our product images are designed to give you an honest and inspiring impression of what you're getting – without unnecessary staging.
The vast majority of product photos in our webshop are therefore taken by us – whether it's a grinder, a magnetic knife holder, a serving board or one of our textiles. The images of our wooden products always show genuine, handmade products that we photograph before they are packed and sent to their new owners.
To give you a better idea of how the products will look in different homes and kitchens, we sometimes insert these original photos into AI-generated rooms or backgrounds. Only the background is artificial – the product itself is never altered or AI-generated. Every grain, edge, color, and detail you see belongs to the physical product we created.
We also occasionally receive photos from satisfied customers who give us permission to use them in the webshop. These photos provide an honest and inspiring insight into how our products look in real homes and environments.
No artificial product renderings. No misleading visual enhancements. Just real craftsmanship, photographed honestly.
Indicative images when choosing a variant
