The MAC Yanagiba 300 mm in Ginsan steel is a classic Japanese slicer designed for ultimate precision when slicing fish and sashimi.

The long, slender blade is designed to cut in one smooth stroke, minimizing cell destruction and ensuring perfect cuts with a glossy surface – essential in Japanese cuisine.

Made from Ginsan (Silver #3) – a high-quality stainless steel with properties similar to traditional carbon steel, but with much easier maintenance. With a hardness of approximately HRC 61–62, it retains its sharpness for a long time and can be sharpened to extreme precision.

The knife is equipped with a classic Japanese wa handle , which provides lightness, balance and control - indispensable for precision work.
