Santoku

Santoku is the Japanese version of an all-purpose knife, it is great for chopping, slicing and cutting meat, fish and vegetables.

The Santoku knife is easy to recognize by the "nose" that the knife has, it is the one that many people prefer to hold in their hand when, for example, chopping vegetables.
