Here you will find our rules on withdrawal, returns and complaints. The same rules form part of our terms and conditions.

30-day right of withdrawal

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal on all products when you shop with us — including custom-made Woodworks products. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the item to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase, and then 14 days to return the item.

How to return

1. Please notify us of your return at info@rune-jakobsen.dk .
2. Pack the item securely, in unused and undamaged condition.
3. Send the package to:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless it is a complaint. Danish customers can order a return label via Shipmondo here (only applies to cancellations).

Once we have received the returned item, we will refund you the full purchase price.

Complaint

According to the Danish Sales Act, you have a 2-year warranty on manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover defects or wear and tear caused by improper use, damage or lack of maintenance.

If you discover a fault or defect in your item, please contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. In the event of a justified complaint, we will of course cover the costs of return shipping.

Right to make changes

Rune-Jakobsen Design ApS reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions that apply to this webshop. The current version can always be found at rune-jakobsen.com.
