'Moustache Black Heaven' Santoku kitchen knife

Sale price186.900 ISK

The 'Black Heaven' Santoku with a handle in Roman oak. The wood comes from the lid of a 2,000-year-old well in Antwerp. The bolster consists of blue mother of pearl resin.

Santoku is the Japanese brother of the Western Demi-Chef.

'Santoku Bocho' means 'three virtues' or 'three possible applications' and naturally refers to the three cutting tasks the Santoku distinguishes itself in: slicing, dicing and chopping.

So if you're looking for a multifunctional workhorse, the Santoku is a good option. No task is too difficult for this allrounder.

The handle is a prominent part of the design. They form a signature for Sander's knives and are recognizable by their ergonomic design, the brass details and the darkness of the blue mother of pearl resin the handle is turned from.
