'Leather protected' knife magnet with leather front in lengths from 20 - 80 cm
If you are into a raw and rustic look, 'Leather protected' is the answer.
'Leather protected' is a fully magnetic knife rail that is covered on the front with a delicious Italian glove leather that provides special protection for your knife blades.
The leather almost "sucks" your knives to itself in a really delicious way and ensures a soft landing.
The knife rail is 45 mm wide as standard and runs approx. 25 mm from the wall. It can be ordered in lengths between 20 and 80 cm.
The magnets are invisibly encased in the wood and distributed in several rows so that you achieve optimal adhesion with several contact points on the knife blade. This prevents your knives from "spinning" around on the rail and being attracted to each other even if they are close together.

NOTE: We use approx. 1.5mm thick aniline leather (grain leather), the closest you can get to raw natural leather.
As this type of leather has no real surface protection, natural small scars and other "impurities" and color variations can occur in the leather.

We only use carefully curated FSC certified furniture wood. The primary woods are oak, smoked oak and walnut. In addition, we offer a number of special types of wood that are sold in conjunction with special orders, e.g. Teak, ash, chestnut, golden rain, cherry, wengé, zebrano, beech, etc.
We finish all products with a high-quality wood oil, but if you would prefer e.g. an oil with a white pigment, we can of course do that too - the desired final treatment can be mentioned under the remarks of the ordering.

Suspension:
All our knife rails come as standard with different types of hidden brackets for screw mounting on the back (screws and rawlplugs included)
- but do you have e.g. a tiled wall that you don't want to screw into, most knife rails can also be produced without suspension so that they can be stuck up with e.g. "No more nails" from Pattex or a similar assembly glue. Special requests for suspension are stated in the comments when ordering.
Right of return
When you order a unique knife rail or knife block in the webshop without having "seen it in real life", there will always be a built-in uncertainty as two products are never the same or have the same visual expression - so perhaps the result was not quite as you had imagined you or expected.
That is why there is a full right of return on all knife holders - even if they are custom-made.
