Leather The soft Italian leather protects the edges of the knives from direct contact with wood or metal, while adding a warm, exclusive look to the kitchen. Leather becomes more beautiful over time and fits naturally into kitchens with a classic or artisanal aesthetic.

Linoleum Linoleum is a natural material made from linseed oil, resin and wood flour — and it's surprisingly gentle on knife steel. The matte surface gives a calm, modern look and is easy to keep clean. An obvious choice for the timeless or Scandinavian kitchen.

Cork Cork is soft, lightweight and naturally antibacterial — and one of the gentlest materials for knife blades. Its distinctive texture gives an organic and warm look, and the material is sustainable in nature.
