About Our Shelves

Modern Solid Wood Shelves – Handcrafted for Refined Interiors

Our premium collection of wall shelves is handmade from solid oak, smoked oak, or walnut, designed to enhance contemporary homes from New York to San Francisco. Ideal for kitchens, living spaces, entryways, offices, or bedrooms.

Sustainable Materials. Artisan Quality.

At Rune-Jakobsen Design, we work exclusively with FSC-certified solid hardwood — no veneers, no laminates. Each shelf is crafted to order in our Danish workshop with a strong focus on function, visual harmony, and long-lasting craftsmanship.

Invisible Mounting with Included Hardware

Our shelves are delivered with a concealed mounting system and all necessary installation hardware, including screws and wall plugs.

One-of-a-Kind Pieces. Guaranteed Satisfaction.

Every piece of wood is unique. If your custom shelf doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a full return policy — even on made-to-order products.
