Woodworks
Handmade to order, so you should therefore expect it to take approx. 12-15 working days before your order is ready for delivery (applies to the period 1 January to 31 October.)
In the period 1 November - 31 December, you should expect a further 5-7 working days delivery time.
If you wish to inquire about the current delivery time for a product before ordering, you are very welcome to contact us by phone (+45) 42434393 or email info@rune-jakobsen.dk and get a delivery estimate.
Spice grinder
Are stock items and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Home textiles
Are stock items and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Læsø Plaid approx. 5-7 working days.
Ceramics and kitchen knives
Made to order so you should expect a delivery time of approx. 12-15 business days before we ship your order.
Prices and sales
All prices in the webshop can be displayed in local currencies. All transactions take place in DKK at the current exchange rate. All prices are incl. 25% VAT / Non EU countries can trade VAT free. For sales to countries outside the EU, VAT and customs duties may be imposed in accordance with applicable legislation
We do not participate in January sales, Black Weeks, Black Friday or other types of sales.
Our prices in the webshop are the same all year round.
You can get a 10% discount on your first purchase all year round if you sign up for our monthly newsletter or 15% if you buy more than 3 products.
We usually also have good offers in the Outlet on discontinued products, prototypes or leftover lots.
In the monthly newsletter, you get the latest news and good offers, which only apply to our subscribers.
Payment
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and the purchaser can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you.
Regarding stock items, the payment is reserved on your account immediately after the order is placed and the purchase amount is withdrawn when we ship your order.
ATTENTION!
All products from Rune-Jakobsen Woodworks (wooden products) are specially produced to order.
Therefore, the purchase amount is considered a prepayment/deposit and will be reserved and withdrawn from your account a few days after placing the order - i.e. before sending the order.
Alternatively, you can choose payment by bank transfer, after which we will contact you for payment when your item(s) are ready for dispatch.
If you regret your purchase, we will of course refund the full purchase amount.
We also accept payment with Anyday.
With Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is ordered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. Complaint
Rune-Jakobsen Design provides, according to the Sales Act, a 2-year right of complaint from the invoice date for manufacturing and material defects (deficiencies).
The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, incorrect maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.
Any complaints about defects in delivered products must be made to Rune-Jakobsen Design within 14 days after the buyer has - or should have - discovered the defect.
Otherwise, the buyer loses his right to claim the defect.

Shipping costs may differ for shipping of furniture and orders exceeding 10 kg to EU / Non EU countries. The products supplied by Rune-Jakobsen Design are offered on an "as is" basis. All products are intended for general use and are not designed for any specific or hazardous use. Rune-Jakobsen Design cannot be held responsible for damage or injury caused as a result of using our products in a way for which they are not intended.
Likewise, Rune-Jakobsen Design can in no way be held responsible for accidents, damages or accidents caused by our products.
In addition, some of our products may contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard to small children. Therefore, all our products must be kept away from small children and babies.
