'Wideboard' wide knife magnet 40-120cm
'Wideboard' is for you who would like to have your knives hanging freely in front on a hand-made, wide, high-quality magnetic rail.
Wideboard is produced as standard in lengths between 40 and 120 cm. Thickness approx. 2.5 cm
Choose between widths of 10, 15 or 20cm.
Wideboard is beveled on all 4 back sides so that the rail creates a nice shadow effect against the wall.
In our knife rails, there are several rows of powerful N52 Neodyminum magnets along the entire length of the rail, so your knives are guaranteed to hang regardless of size and weight. So with us you will find no cheap disk magnets drilled in from the back side of the rail, as is often the case with other rails on the market.
The magnets are invisibly encased in the wood and distributed in several rows so that you achieve optimal adhesion with several contact points on the knife blades. This prevents your knives from "spinning" around on the rail and being attracted to each other.

The rail is of course magnetic along the entire length, so you can easily have 7-8 knives hanging on 40cm. If you choose a 100 cm, you will have space for approx. 20 knives.

All Wideboards come with hidden suspension and the necessary brackets, screws and rawplugs are naturally included.

Strong Neodymium magnets in high quality are expensive, so many manufacturers skimp on this material. We import our own magnets directly from a manufacturer we trust, and which delivers magnets in the quality and formats we want - you will find no weak, cheap hobby magnets in our designs.
We use only powerful, high-quality N50/N52 neodymium magnets in various sizes, carefully selected to play optimally with the design of the product.

Suspension:
All our knife rails come as standard with different types of hidden brackets for screw suspension on the back (screws and rawlplus) Included)
- but do you have e.g. A tile wall that you do not want to screw in, most knife rails can also be made without suspension so they can be glued up with eg. "No more nails" from Pattex or a similar assembly glue. Special requests for suspension are stated in the comments when ordering.
Return policy
When you order a unique product in the webshop without having "seen it in reality", there will always be some degree of uncertainty, since no two products will be the same or have the same visual expression - maybe the result wasn't quite as you imagined or expected.
Therefore, all knife holders are fully returnable - even if they are custom made.
Copper details?
You can now get all RJ Woodworks products with copper details as an alternative to brass or aluminium for an additional charge depending on size and design.

We only use carefully curated FSC certified furniture wood. The primary woods are oak, smoked oak and walnut. In addition, we offer a number of special types of wood that are sold in conjunction with special orders, e.g. Teak, ash, chestnut, golden rain, cherry, wengé, zebrano, beech, etc.
We finish all products with a high-quality wood oil, but if you would prefer e.g. an oil with a white pigment, we can of course do that too - the desired final treatment can be mentioned under the remarks of the ordering.

MANUFACTURING THE OPTIMAL MAGNETIC KNIFE BLOCK OR KNIFE RAIL IS NOT JUST ABOUT RAW STRENGTH AND THE NUMBER OF MAGNETS.
