Each board is individually made to order in our Danish workshop near the North Sea. We work exclusively with solid FSC-certified oak, smoked oak, or walnut—materials selected for their beauty, longevity, and sustainability.
No inventory. No batch production. Each piece is built specifically for you, with attention to the natural grain, tone, and structure of the wood—resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind cutting board that’s as functional as it is refined.

After careful selection, each board goes through a multi-stage hand sanding process to ensure a smooth, tactile finish. It’s then treated with a natural, food-safe oil that enhances the wood’s character and protects it in daily use.

Wood is a living material, and every board is unique. If your board doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a full return policy, even on custom-made pieces.
