'Knifeboard Classic' deep knife magnet
Knifeboard Classic is a series of deep knife rails that provide plenty of room for the hand between the knife handle and the wall.
The standard dimension (height x depth) is 45 x 45mm.
Classic is magnetized throughout its length and has brass or aluminum rails on the top and bottom. Classic lasts from approx. 6 - 16 knives depending on the width of your knives.
Classic manufactured as standard with details in brass. If you want aluminium, you can write it as a note in the shopping basket.
The magnets are invisibly encased in the wood and distributed in several rows so that you achieve optimal adhesion with several contact points on the knife blade. This prevents your knives from "spinning" around on the rail and being attracted to each other.

Classic is also made in a slimmer version , Slim'n flat , which is 45mm wide but only 25mm thick and with straight end pieces without flattering.
All Knifeboards come with hidden suspension and the necessary brackets, screws and rawplugs are naturally included.

The vast majority of knife rails and knife blocks on the market are mass-produced in Asia or Eastern Europe.

Unlike many other knife rails and knife blocks on the market, our knife holders are fully magnetic. This means that the rail or knife block is effective along the entire length/width, and you can place your blades however you'd like.
Many manufacturers choose to put point-magnetic products on the market that can hold only a limited number of knives, since there is only one round magnet.
The rod magnets in our products are invisibly encapsulated in the wood and are distributed in several unbroken rows. so you achieve optimal attachment with multiple contact points on each blade. That way you avoid your knives slipping down, spinning around and being attracted to each other if they sit tightly.
Strong Neodymium magnets in high quality are expensive, so many manufacturers skimp on this material. We import our own magnets directly from a manufacturer we trust, and which delivers magnets in the quality and formats we want - you will find no weak, cheap hobby magnets in our designs.
We use only powerful, high-quality N50/N52 neodymium magnets in various sizes, carefully selected to play optimally with the design of the product.

Suspension:
All our knife rails come as standard with different types of hidden brackets for screw suspension on the back (screws and rawlplus) Included)
- but do you have e.g. A tile wall that you do not want to screw in, most knife rails can also be made without suspension so they can be glued up with eg. "No more nails" from Pattex or a similar assembly glue. Special requests for suspension are stated in the comments when ordering.
Return policy
When you order a unique product in the webshop without having "seen it in reality", there will always be some degree of uncertainty, since no two products will be the same or have the same visual expression - maybe the result wasn't quite as you imagined or expected.
Therefore, all knife holders are fully returnable - even if they are custom made.
Copper details?
You can now get all RJ Woodworks products with copper details as an alternative to brass or aluminium for an additional charge depending on size and design.

We only use carefully curated FSC certified furniture wood. The primary woods are oak, smoked oak and walnut. In addition, we offer a number of special types of wood that are sold in conjunction with special orders, e.g. Teak, ash, chestnut, golden rain, cherry, wengé, zebrano, beech, etc.
We finish all products with a high-quality wood oil, but if you would prefer e.g. an oil with a white pigment, we can of course do that too - the desired final treatment can be mentioned under the remarks of the ordering.
