Beautiful raku-fired plates - unique
The texture is raw and the edge asymmetrical - no two plates are alike. The surface is unglazed and the sherd is colored dark from the raku firing with metallic touches in cracks and crevices which are remnants of a dried glaze.
Machine washable.
Not microwave safe.
About ceramics
Dorte Visby: Born in 1968; Trained pottery in 1993 and since 1998 has had a workshop gallery in Lønstrup, North Jutland.
She exhibits both in Denmark and abroad. Exhibited at SOFA in Chicago and New York, Collect in London and most recently at the Superbie in Berlin.
Dorte is also a permanent exhibitor at the ceramics museum 'CLAY' in Magdalenafart
All designs are handmade in Dorte Visby's wonderful workshop gallery in Lønstrup, North Jutland.

NOTE that Dorte always tries to create unique products with an exciting visual expression and play of colours. You must therefore take our product photos as a guide and not as an expression of how a standard product looks.
All Dorte's ceramic products are made to order - so when you buy a product in the webshop, we do not pick it from a stock shelf, but make it especially for you. Delivery time is 12-14 working days.

PRICES
All prices in the webshop can be displayed in local currencies. All transactions take place in DKK at the current exchange rate. All prices are incl. 25% VAT / Non EU countries can trade VAT free.Customs and import duties may be imposed if you order from a country outside the EU
PAYMENT
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and the purchaser can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you.
Your payment is reserved on your account immediately after placing the order and since the ordered product is manufactured especially at your request, the purchase amount is raised after a few days - i.e. before dispatch. If you regret your purchase, we will of course refund the full purchase amount.

Right of withdrawal and return
If you regret your purchase, we will of course refund the entire purchase amount including shipping costs etc.
You (or recipient of the product) have 30 days after receipt to notify us that you regret the purchase, and then you also have 30 days to send it back. In the case of gifts, 30 days count from when the recipient receives the gift.
