The NJORD knives from Ansø Of Denmark Gastro combine Danish and Japanese craft traditions in an elegant tool.

The knives are handmade by Jens Ansø, who is recognized and praised for his exclusive folding knives that he has produced since 2001. Now he has designed a series of kitchen knives for everyone who appreciates good craftsmanship and beautiful Danish design.

The knife blade is hand forged in Japan from 33 layers of VG10 San Mai steel, which gives the blade its beautiful and unique pattern.

The knives come with a beautiful handmade saya (wooden sheath) with wooden locking pin that matches the handle. Super practical if you e.g. take your knife out for lunch in the countryside or in the caravan.

All knives are engraved with a unique serial number and delivered in a beautifully finished box.
